THE PROCESS

What’s Included?

  • Length: 6 sessions of 90 to 120 min via Zoom

    Cadence: 2 x a month for 3 months

    • Session 1: Managing yourself. Develop the productivity skills and self-awareness you need to lead effectively.

    • Session 2: Creating psychological safety & trust. Learn techniques to foster an open, collaborative team environment.

    • Session 3: Providing direction & clarity. Master the art of setting clear expectations and communicating vision.

    • Session 4: Driving impact. Discover strategies to motivate your team and achieve measurable results.

    • Session 5: Coaching for success. Acquire skills to develop and empower your team members.

    • Session 6: Leading in times of change. Build resilience and adaptability to navigate organizational shifts.

  • In-between sessions, you’ll meet for 30 min every other week with your accountability buddy to discuss a leadership challenge.

    This helps you integrate, implement and retain what you’ve learned in the session.

  • Join a network of like-minded leaders for ongoing support, peer learning, and resource sharing.
